- HD video call: Zoom states 1.2 Mbps each way for 720p video – about 1.08 GB per hour (up and down combined).
- Video streaming: Netflix states about 1 GB per hour in SD and up to 3 GB per hour in HD.
- Music at 160 kbps: about 0.07 GB per hour.
