Digital products – orders & withdrawal

English translation; the German version is legally binding.

These terms apply to the purchase of digital products (e.g. PDF, Excel and Word files) on netzunterwegs.com. The seller is Bling Bling GmbH, Peak Vienna, Floridsdorfer Hauptstraße 1, 1210 Vienna, Austria, e-mail: office@bling-bling.at.

Ordering and contract

• You order via the button on the product page – depending on the product via an online payment link or by e-mail.
• When ordering by e-mail you receive a confirmation with invoice and payment details. The contract is concluded with this confirmation.
• All prices are final prices in euros including VAT. There are no shipping costs.

Delivery

Files are delivered by e-mail (attachment or download link) after payment has been received, usually within 24 hours on working days. Use is permitted for your own personal or business purposes; passing on or reselling the files is not permitted.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

As a consumer you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons (§ 11 Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, FAGG). The period starts on the day the contract is concluded. A clear statement by e-mail to office@bling-bling.at is sufficient.

Early expiry for digital content: under § 18(1)(11) FAGG there is no right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun delivery before the withdrawal period expires after you (1) expressly agreed to delivery before the end of the withdrawal period, (2) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and (3) we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract (§ 7(3) FAGG). We therefore only deliver once you have given this express consent; without it we deliver after the 14-day period has expired.

In the event of a valid withdrawal we refund all payments without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, using the same means of payment.

Business customers (B2B) have no statutory right of withdrawal.

Warranty and content

Statutory warranty rights apply. If a file is faulty or unreadable, write to us and we will deliver a corrected version. The products contain carefully researched general information and templates; they do not replace legal, tax or travel advice. Contract templates must be adapted to the individual case and legally reviewed before use.
