Who we are
netzunterwegs.com is run by Bling Bling GmbH from Vienna. We run a business from Vienna and still travel a lot – including to places without reliable mobile coverage.
Atins: the place without a road
In Atins on the edge of the Lençóis Maranhenses in Brazil – reachable only by boat or off-road vehicle – we got online with a Starlink Mini. What it takes is described here: Internet in a dead zone – our setup in Atins (Lençóis Maranhenses).
How we work
- We rely on datasheets, official plan pages and reputable trade media and cite our sources.
- Time-sensitive information carries an “as of” date – Starlink, eSIM providers and airlines change rules often.
- We publish no invented test results or reviews. Where we haven’t used something ourselves we compare criteria.
