Subscription terms (memberships)

English translation; the German version is legally binding.

These terms apply to memberships (subscriptions) on netzunterwegs.com, currently: Mobile Office Club. The provider is Bling Bling GmbH, Peak Vienna, Floridsdorfer Hauptstraße 1, 1210 Vienna, Austria, e-mail: office@bling-bling.at.

What you get

• Members receive the digital content described on the membership page (e.g. PDFs, templates, updates) by e-mail or download link.
• You receive access (welcome e-mail with the first content) by e-mail within 24 hours of payment on working days.
• There is no login area; all content is delivered by e-mail. You may keep content already received for your own use after the membership ends.
• The content is general information and templates and does not replace legal, tax or travel advice. Most content is in German; English versions are provided where stated.

Term, renewal and cancellation

• Monthly: runs for one month and renews automatically for another month. Cancel any month, effective at the end of the month already paid.
• Yearly: runs for twelve months and renews for another twelve months unless cancelled before expiry. After the first renewal it can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice.
• Cancel informally by e-mail to office@bling-bling.at (or in the payment provider's customer portal, where offered). You will receive a confirmation.

Prices and payment

Prices are final prices in euros including VAT, charged in advance for each period. We announce price changes at least one month in advance by e-mail; you can cancel before they take effect.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

You may withdraw within 14 days of conclusion of the contract without giving reasons (§ 11 FAGG) by e-mail to office@bling-bling.at. Under § 18(1)(11) FAGG the right of withdrawal lapses for digital content already delivered if you expressly agreed to delivery before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we provided a contract confirmation. Without that consent we start delivery after the period has expired. In the event of a valid withdrawal we refund payments within 14 days.

Business customers

Business customers (e.g. team/B2B tier) have no statutory right of withdrawal; invoices are issued with VAT ID.
